2019 Drop-off Instructions

For accepted artists only.

This email is for artists who have already followed the official submission instructions https://www.alamedaartists.com/submit-art/#blas, and been accepted into the 2019 Blacklight Art Show.

Txt us a confirmation in the morning that you are coming.

Please print & carefully follow the instructions below:

1.  Artwork must be “Gallery Ready”: http://www.alamedaartists.com/submit-art/#galleryready

Note: If  artwork is not gallery ready, it may not be accepted into the show even it it was previously accepted via email because it is not always easy for us to determine what is gallery ready from emailed submissions. Sculpture Art must have a stand or another easy way to display. All of this should be dropped off at the official drop-off date and time. There is limited space at the gallery and this show is packed.

2.  Tags: for each piece must be completed and dropped off with your artwork.

Lightly tape tags to back of work.  One will stay on the back, the other will go on the wall.
